RETURNS: All sales are final. Please note that custom orders are final sale and may not be exchanged. Please be sure to check the spelling of custom orders before placing them. We are not responsible for incorrect spellings. Exchanged items must HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR DAMAGED, and with ALL tags attached and original packaging. NOTE: Shipping and handling and customs charges are non-refundable.

SHIPPING: Please make sure that your address is written correctly. TouchOfTease is not responsible for wrong addresses. TouchOftease is not responsible for packages that state they have been delivered by USPS that are lost. Please contact your local post office or USPS if that situation occurs.  If you would like insurance added to your package, please email us after your order is placed so we can accommodate you. There will be extra charges for insuring a package. It packages are returned back to us, the customer must repay the shipping costs.
