Custom item are ?  Handmade to order

Estimated time on Custom items? ***Please allow 7-12 business days for customorders to be processed before shipment***

(Lead times may be increased during heavy sale periods).

Can I get a refund ? Custom orders are FINAL SALE and may not be exchanged.

Non-custom can not be exchange if damage, possible replace if the item(s) are damaged upon arrival and within 1 day delivery must notify us via email.

What if I messed up with my order? 

We give our customers a 15 minute window to contact us via email with any post-order changes or cancellations on personalized or discounted items.

Non-personalized orders are processed and shipped within the next business day. You will receive an emailed shipment notification with tracking information once the order is complete and ready for shipment. 

Credit cards accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We do not accept: Cash, Personal Checks, Traveler's Checks, CODs, Layaway plan


Jewelry Care: We highly recommend you not to expose your jewelry to body oils, perfumes, and water.

In order to keep your jewelry looking new we encourage you to do the following…

  • Remove jewelry during water exposure.

  • Remove jewelry during exercise.

  • Store your jewelry in our pouch/boxes, separate from your other TouchOfTease products to avoid scratching & tangling

Over time, the necklace plating will fade.  The plating will fade faster if the necklace is sprayed directly with perfume, alcohol, chlorine or any other harsh chemical.  Be sure when not wearing your necklace to place it back in the plastic bag it came in.
